Things to know before communicating with us

At Siratsa Cats, we maintain a strict Zero Tolerance Policy toward any form of bullying, abuse, harmful or unethical behaviour. This policy exists to protect our animals, our people, and the integrity of our breeding program.

We have zero tolerance for violence, threats, hate, harassment, dishonesty, lies, extortion, cruelty, discrimination, bullying, blackmail, or abuse of any kind, whether directed at our team, our community, or others associated with Siratsa Cats.

As a business with an active online presence, our workplace extends beyond physical locations. All Siratsa Cats social media platforms, messaging channels, email communications, and online groups are considered part of our workplace and are governed by this policy.

If we determine that an individual has engaged in behaviour that breaches this Zero Tolerance Policy, we will take immediate action. This will include:

- removal from all Siratsa Cats platforms and groups

- permanent banning from future engagement

- reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate

If the individual is on our waiting list at the time of the breach, they will be immediately deemed unsuitable for placement of any Siratsa kitten. This applies regardless of whether a kitten has already been allocated. All dealings with Siratsa Cats will be terminated, and the matter may be referred to our legal representatives. Our decision in such matters is final.

We do not compromise when it comes to the homes our kittens go to. Our duty of care to our cats is absolute, and every placement decision is made with their long-term welfare as the highest priority.

Siratsa Cats is not the right fit for everyone, and that is intentional.

If this policy does not align with your values, we respectfully encourage you to seek another breeder.

Siratsa Zero Tolerance means exactly that — ZERO.

9. No Refunds & Health Replacement Policy

Siratsa Cats operates a strict no-refund policy. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

In the unlikely event that a kitten bred by Siratsa Cats is later alleged to have developed Scottish Fold Osteochondrodysplasia (SFOCD), such a claim must be proven beyond reasonable doubt. Proof must be established through appropriate diagnostic testing, specialist veterinary assessment, and laboratory testing conducted strictly under the direction of Siratsa Cats, using veterinarians and laboratories of our choosing. All costs associated with such testing, assessments, and diagnostics are the sole responsibility of the owner.

If, and only if, SFOCD is conclusively proven to our satisfaction under these conditions, Siratsa Cats will offer a replacement kitten of like type and value, at no charge, subject to availability. No monetary refund will be offered, either in full or in part.

This replacement provision constitutes the sole and exclusive remedy available. Siratsa Cats accepts no further liability beyond the replacement of the kitten as outlined above.

"Hi. My name is Hayley Page. I decided upon Siratsa cats in 2020 after doing extensive research on Scottish Fold breeders. Siratsa go the extra mile to ensure genetically sound, well rounded happy and healthy kittens and cats. I now have two Siratsa cats and both are exceptional examples of the breed. My interactions with Matt and Jayce have always been straight forward and pleasant. The kittens both arrived happy and healthy and with all required paperwork. I would have no hesitation in recommending Siratsa Cats to others, and in fact have done so."

Regards, HAYLEY PAGE
